Spice-Rubbed Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey granules (can substitute coconut sugar or light brown sugar)
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
