Spice-Rubbed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey granules (can substitute coconut sugar or light brown sugar)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
